First Day of Exercise

Well technically two days ago was my first attempt at exercise and although I thought I took it easy I am still feeling that run. I’m a little disappointed in myself because I use to be a huge cross-country runner and now twenty minutes leaves me debilitated. But these are the hurdles of weight loss. I am very serious this time as I am moving to a new city and I want to leave my old lifestyle behind. I am hoping by Aug 1st to be relatively under way (when I move) so when school starts again (my fourth year at university) I am set in my exercise and eating right ways, oh if life only goes as planned :)

First Post

Normally my weight it relatively stationary but lately I have gained 10 pounds without even noticing it, besides tighter pants. So with a large moving coming up I want to adapt a healthier lifestyle. Tomorrow is the big start date and here are my starting measurement.

weight: 135lbs
chest: 31.5″
waist: 30.5″
hips: 35″
thighs: 20″
upper arms: 10.5″

I am hoping to use this site as a support system and really look forward to meeting new friends!
