First Day of Exercise
Well technically two days ago was my first attempt at exercise and although I thought I took it easy I am still feeling that run. I’m a little disappointed in myself because I use to be a huge cross-country runner and now twenty minutes leaves me debilitated. But these are the hurdles of weight loss. I am very serious this time as I am moving to a new city and I want to leave my old lifestyle behind. I am hoping by Aug 1st to be relatively under way (when I move) so when school starts again (my fourth year at university) I am set in my exercise and eating right ways, oh if life only goes as planned ![]()
